I used to eat junk-food everyday and this took a toll on my health. I was always low on energy and got sick often. After I worked with Jean for 3 months I can say that my life has changed. I am now eating correctly and enjoying balanced meals. My energy levels are off the charts, and I've even taken up cycling as a sport/hobby. Working with Jean was the best decision I could make.
Soon I realised that most of the days, before I start working with her, I was feeling full eating less calories than my maintenance calories.
I learned how to calculate my calories and how to combine my meals in order to eat more calories in a healthier way. I’ve tried pretty much everything in order to gain weight before I found out about Jean after my cousin’s suggestion, everyone in the family was over feeding me since I was a child.
All the above, in addition with an exercising program personalised and built for my needs have helped me to gain muscle/ weight within 3 months!
This was an achievement for me, as I could never gain weight so easily! Of course I won’t stop until I reach my goal weight!.

I'd like to share my own experience with Jean.
Jean inspired me to change my old unhealthy food habits and start eating more wisely. Plus the food I was eating was always enough and I was never hungry!
With her support and motivation I managed to lose 12 kilos while I was in a healing process after a surgery I had. That means no exercise at all. And that was a big success for both of us!

I first met Jean in some online seminars, where I noticed her knowledge and I liked her way of thinking about nutrition. “We don't deprive ourselves of anything and we don't need to starve when we diet”. So, when I needed to lose some weight, she was the first person I thought of and I certainly didn't regret it. My program was made in accordance with my personal choices without particularly changing my way of eating until then. After some changes she suggested I made, I noticed the difference in my body at once. I lost 12.5 kg and now I'm comfortably eating 2500 kcal/ day without gaining any weight back. It’s amazing how light I feel my body and how energised I feel myself from the time I started with her. Yes, I lost the weight I wanted and actually I lost more than that, and this, indeed, with enough food, without being hungry at all. But also I understood better, how my body reacts with the food. Now I can eat much more than before and lose or maintain my weight, which was impossible before.
I’m happy to say that I worked with Jean, she is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and health, I trust her and I highly recommend her.
